Forum Title: Replacing sliding aluminum window rollers
I have four cheap aluminum windows that are roughly 25 years old. None of them are sliding easily any longer. I want to replace the rollers on the bottom of the horizontal sliding windows, but it looks like the current rollers were snapped / pushed in and are difficult to remove now that they're in the window. I tried to use a flat-head screwdriver to get one roller removed (under the bottom plastic), but I didn't want to apply too much pressure since I was worried that the roller would snap apart from being brittle. Beyond this, I have no idea where to buy replacements or what to ask for.

I see some large gaps there. You might be better off with some bricks & mortar.

The best I can recommend unless someone can positively ID it and provide a source I'd suggest you contact AAA Screen. They carry the complete PrimeLine catalog (probably the largest maker of window and door parts around). They have the catalog on their website...but I didn't see a match. I have had very good experiences emailing them pictures of items. You'll need to get one out and clean it up and take some pics. Measurements are always helpful. There may be a replacement that doesn't look quite the same but will function. No markings or labels on any of the windows? I see you are in Canada, not sure if they can ship there, but maybe you have a US friend that could help?
